  My wife and I two years ago bought a sofa, love seat, and two lamps the quality of the stuff was good and at a very good price. There was a couple problems,1st they delivered the wrong lamps, had to wait a month to get the correct lamps. When lamps were delivered one was damaged had to wait another month to get another lamp. The next time the lamp arrived, yes you guessed it, damaged. Finally after waiting more than three months we get an undamaged lamp. The salesman was very helpful but caught him in many lies, after all he is a salesman and that's what they do for a living "lie". Good Furniture Bad People. "Buyer Beware"! ! !

  Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable of products to suit our needs. John kniffin Is our salesman and his Customer service skills are above reproach. He’s very good at what he does and I am very happy with the help he gave us an incredible friendly service from him. In my opinion he needs to be recognized for a job well done in some sort away. I normally don’t give reviews but in this case it’s well deserved. Thank you very much John, you’re awesome.
