  No problems ever. Love the appliances, grest deals and u earn points to get free stuff. Auto dept has been reliable, like anywhere it is how knowledgeable the mechanic is.

  With Sears stores closing all the time you can't expect much. There isn't much point shopping there as you can find the items they sell at other stores. However, it is nice to have a store in the mall that sells a bit of everything. Mattress department is good. Hardware and lawn and garden have a decent selection. Dropping your car off in the auto department and walking around the mall is much better than sitting and waiting in a dirty waiting area. The points and coupons can be generous. It beats having another clothing store. Edit:. Goodbye Sears. If they didn't sell the property to Simon a couple years ago they would still be there. They were outbid for the lease by a lot.

  If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Purchased a for model dishwasher cash. Asked if all the manuals and Hardware were included was told it was inside. Reconfirmed this when I picked the washer up, after driving 25 minutes home surprise nothing's inside. When I call back to complain I get the runaround on the phones, ignored. Then the salesman tells me if I don't like it bring it back. Most stores will tell you what can I do to make this right or let me knock something off but no not this place. Way to treat people. No wonder they are closing. Really sad.
