  Well, the salesman "pestered" me for over a month, calling incessantly, showing up unannounced and uninvited, even caught him watching tv in my office while I was at lunch! Needless to say, we went with a different company. Salesman returns while I'm in a meeting, I find a dead mouse standing perfectly upright in the middle of my office after he leaves. Never saw a mouse or any evidence of a mouse before. Coincidence?? This company is bad news, and their salesman is UNHINGED. Toms River office.

  Snake oil salesmen. The scientific evidence shows that their "Cimi-Shield" product kills 0% of bedbugs that come in contact with it, yet they still continue to market this snake oil. Don't believe me? Look up "Long-Term Efficacy of Various Natural or “Green” Insecticides against Bed Bugs: A Double-Blind Study" by J. Goddard. And their treatment and reinspection routine is unsatisfactory--best practice among practicioners is to re-spray 10-14 days after treatment, but they just do a reinspection (not a treatment) only 7-10 days after. I got my apartment treated and saw a bedbug walking around just 5 days later...this was in a newly leased apartment so I didn't even have clutter and I followed all the instructions. I still have the issue. A neighbor got her apartment treated and saw bedbugs a month later. On top of that, they were hours late to both appointments. Find someone more competent.
